Growing up in Woolrich, PA, has given me appreciation to enjoy the simple things in life. I was blessed with two older brothers and a mother and father who gave me confidence, determination, and the encouragement to succeed and a strong moral & ethical mentality.
I consider myself an active outdoors woman, a lover of life, and an active philanthropist. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, my partner, Timothy McGarry Jr, our 2 black labs, Nox & Stormin', and Capone- our feline companion. When I'm not spending time with my family, you'll find me serving my community through real estate or volunteerism.
Fishing, hiking, biking, hunting and camping in the Appalachian Mountains, as well as kayaking & boating are among the top of our favorite things to do in Clinton County. We are blessed to be surrounded by trophy trout streams & state game land and have easy access to rails & trails and are only minutes from Sawyers Dam - one of my favorite bass fishing spots.
In the winter months, we enjoy snowboarding at Ski Sawmill or Tussey Mountain and patronizing our area's many wineries and breweries.
The National Fish Hatchery off the Narrows Rd in Lamar is one of my favorite places to hike with my dogs and enjoy nature, while getting "up close & personal" to PA's wildlife.
As a life-long "thrill seeker", my brothers and I tested our limits in motor sports, in our younger years. The "Need for Speed" continues to run through me. As I got older, my passion for motor sports continues to increase, and we now enjoy spending time at Beaver Springs Drag way, where my fiance and I race our 1966 Ford Mustang, appropriately named Sybil.
I’ve been to many places around the world, from studying abroad throughout France, to hiking the waterfalls & natural slides of the Dominican. Nothing can replace the sense of community and support I receive when I’m in my hometown, Clinton County, PA.
My passion for real estate began, after graduating from Lycoming College in 2006, during my first career as a Graphic Designer & Home Sales Consultant for Juliette Falls, A Golf & Spa Community in Ocala, Florida.
I began my career with Fish Real Estate, in the summer of 2017, and earned my real estate license in 2018.
I feel the most successful, when I am helping others achieve their dreams and when I'm volunteering for a "greater good".
I am an active "Adopt A Highway" sponsor, maintaining a 3 mile stretch of highway of Route 64, in Porter Twp, aiding in the initiative to "Keep Pennsylvania Beautiful", as well as a member of "Downtown Lock Haven", assisting in the effort to bring more events and awareness to Downtown Lock Haven.
I enjoyed helping in the development and opening of the Porter Township Park's Pollinator Garden in 2020- Oct. 2022, as well as the various other flower beds throughout the park, while serving on their recreation board as "secretary". My most recent effort was the success of the 1st Annual Harvest Festival, held at the Porter Twp Park on Oct 22nd, 2022.
